Preliminary Graduation Checklist Request Form

Students can request for their final term graduation checklist to see what final courses are needed in order to graduate. The checklist is needed for any students planning to graduate in the Fall, Spring or Summer trimesters
This is not a degree application.

Replies will only be sent to your ITU email account.

Preliminary Graduation Checklist are intended for students who:
- are enrolled at International Technological University, AND
- are pursuing a degree offered by ITU, AND
- have completed at least 23-27 Credit Hours toward their Master degree.
Those who do not fall under the above-listed cataegories are encouraged to seek academic advising.

If you are taking an F-1 Annual Vacation, you can take 1, 2 or No classes. If you do not plan to graduate, by taking an F-1 Annual Vacation, the Preliminary Graduation Checklist is not needed at this time.

Have you completed the Required Internship?*
You will recieve your preliminary graduation checklist within 5 - 10 business days to your student email account. If you are not eligaiable to graduate or need further assitance with your course planning, please schedule an appointment with an available adivsor.

Students must submit a Petition to Graduate form to the Office of the University Regristrar, along with your Preliminary Graduation Checklist to be considered a candidate for your degree program.
