The purpose of the Community Advisory Board (CAB) is to provide oversight and feedback to the Miami Police       Department (MPD) and the Independent Reviewer pursuant to the monitoring agreement entered between the DOJ and the City of Miami.                                                                                                                                      The CAB aims to leverage the insights and expertise of the community to address policing concerns and promote greater transparency and public understanding of the MPD. This is how you can help:                                                 1) Come to the monthly meetings. Make recommendations for the Miami Police Department. Interpretation in             Spanish and Haitian Creole is available.                                                                                                              2) Send an E-mail to CAB@miamigov.com or call Rodney Jacobs at 305-960-4951.
