There are a limited number of garden plots available. Preference is given to (1) Pottstown residents in MOSAIC’s target area, (2) other Pottstown residents, (3) Pottstown organizations and business owners, (4) non-Pottstown residents. Annual Plot fees help MOSAIC to pay the Garden Manager and to buy tools, supplies, and plants for the garden. MOSAIC COMMUNITY GARDEN RULES

• I will abide by the above garden rules for MOSAIC Community Gardens.
  If I am a beginning gardener, I will attend at least one orientation session for new gardeners.
• I will attend at least three (3) of the monthly “Garden Party Work Days” to maintain common areas, borders and paths and to get to know other gardeners and foster a sense of community. The “Garden Party Work Days” will be held on one Saturday each month from April through November.
• I will not give out the Garden lock combination to anyone who is not a member of the Community Garden.
• I understand that successful planting and harvesting is dependent upon many factors, including weather and vandalism, which are beyond the control of MOSAIC Community Land Trust. I therefore agree that MOSAIC is not responsible for the quality and quantity of produce from my plot.
• I understand that MOSAIC Community Land Trust is not responsible for my actions. I therefore agree to hold MOSAIC Community Land Trust harmless for any liability, damage, or loss or claim that occurs in connection with use of the MOSAIC Community Garden by me or any of my guests.
• I agree that I will supervise any children in my care while they are in the Community Gardens.
• I agree to hold MOSAIC Community Land Trust harmless for any liability, damage, loss or claim that occurs in connection with any activity whatsoever at any time in the Community Gardens.
