Course Proposal
After completing annual assessment, use this form to submit course proposals to the curriculum committee. Course proposals include the addition of new courses, course deletions, and any course change that affects the catalog, such as changes to course descriptions, pre-requisites, the number of credit hours earned, and a course’s ability to satisfy a general education requirement. Since this form is linked to annual assessment, it should be turned in by October 31; however, submissions will be accepted through January 2.
