I will immediately report any pet, which is adopted, lost, stolen, is I'll, or dies while in my care. Should my foster(s) need medical attention, I will use only a veterinarian specified by S.O.A.R - Stray and Orphaned Animal Rescue. All veterinarian fees (emergency or otherwise) must be approved by foster coordinator or a board member.

I will provide regular updates to the foster coordinators. I understand that a S.O.A.R - Stray and Orphaned Animal Rescue committee has the right to review the care given to all foster dogs/puppies and remove any animal from a foster home if necessary. Upon cessation as a foster home, I agree to surrender any and all properties belonging to SOAR.
