A requirement for successful completion of each month's module is that students reflect on their learning as they progress through the year.

There is a requirement to send one 'Reflection on Learning' a month (between 600 - 700 words).

This must be completed and submitted electronically by 1st December 2024

You are strongly advised to write your submission in Word first and then cut and paste the text into the box below. 

Include how Mindfulness has impacted on you both personally and professionally (if applicable) to date, giving relevant examples.
