We invite performers from all corners of the world, both professional and amateur, to join us at England's Medieval Festival, for a weekend of immense excitement, revelry and medieval mayhem!
Musicians, Dancers, Drummers, Jesters, Magicians, Singers, Storytellers, Jugglers, Fire Eaters and any others who would fit the medieval theme, are all invited to attend. Whether your performance is fit for young or old..........there is a welcome stage that awaits you!

LIABILITY WAIVER - In consideration of the acceptance of my/our application and the permission to participate as an individual or as a group at the England's Medieval Festival on 22, 23, 24 & 25 August 2025, I/we hereby state I/we have training and competence to participate in the activities that I/we have chosen at this event. I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Malcolm Group Events and all other associations, sanctioning bodies, event suppliers (services and equipment) and sponsoring companies, and elected and appointed officials, successors and assigns, OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the said event, whether as spectator, participant, competitor, or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to the event, AND NOTWITHSTANDING that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid. I FURTHER HEREBY UNDERTAKE TO HOLD AND SAFE HARMLESS AND AGREE TO INDEMIFY all of the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of, or in any way connected with my participation in the said event.*
INSURANCE COVERAGE - On behalf of myself and/or all the members of my group who will attend this year's England's Medieval Festival, I confirm that I/we have or will have for the entire period of time that I/we are on the grounds of The King's Grove at Pippingford Park, East Sussex and participating at England's Medieval Festival, public liability insurance cover .*

IMAGE CONSENT - I/We agree to allow the festival organisers to take and to use images (moving or still) of myself and/or my group while taking part in England's Medieval Festival for any and all purposes whatsoever, without restriction, limitation or condition, including, without limitation, in connection with any and all advertising and promotional purposes and have unrestricted use of these images, without any royalty or further payment.*
