  • A Deposit of £150 (unless finance) is required to secure the booking slot. Should you need to change your date of install, Your deposit will atumatically become none refundable and will be lost should you need to change dates a second time. If you cancel your first date booking 72 hours prior to booking date, your deposit will be refunded.  

    The remainding of the payment must be paid at the end of the installation or before the end of the business working hours of 5pm. If payment is not made in full. it will automatically be debited from your deposit card. If you require a Saturday or a Sunday booking, Full Payment must be paid by the Friday before 3pm. The office will not be open weekends. 

    PLEASE READ FOR IN HOUSE HQ INSTALLATIONS - 

    Once the booking form is completed and sent, if you have not yet been given a time or date, A sales Rep will contact you to confirm for your installation. It is important to arrive at the agreed time. late arrivals could result you into losing your slot and would need to rescheduel. Your Deposit will also be lost. 

    It is advised that you leave the car with us however if you would like to wait, there are a few nearby places that you can wait at. We do not currently have any waiting facilities inside the unit. Once the install is complete, you will be contacted unless an agreed time to return is given. The remaining Payment is to be paid by the end of the install. 

     

    PLEASE READ FOR MOBILE FITTING INSTALLATIONS -

    Due to the nature of the job we are unable to give customers an arrival time for your installation. The installer will however call you on the above contact number when he is roughly 30min away. Arrival times for installation are between 8am and 5.30pm, so please have the car available between these times. The team in the office will not have installers scheduels.

    We also ask you to take into consideration where the work is going to be carried out. Our installers need a safe place to work on your vehicle, with enough room to open all doors fully and safely. We also need safe parking for our own vehicle close to yours. Installers need constant access to our own vehicle. Any extra parking charge or congestion charge will be added to the final bill and paid for by the customer. Should their be poor weather conditions and you do not have under cover available, we may need to rescheduel or offer for you to bring the vehicle to our HQ. 

    Polite note to customers. Your car and installation is very important to us! We want every installation to be completed to extremely high standards. For our installers to concentrate fully on your car and the installation, after the initial chat about your install, if the installer could then be left alone to his own devices this would be greatly appreciated. We are are more than happy for you to pop out every 30 - 45 min to see how the installation is commencing.
