  • * SMALL DEAF BUSINESS Note: this option is limited to companies who are deaf-owned and have less than five people on staff. This exhibit cannot be shared with other small deaf businesses. Exhibit products must include one or more of the following:

    • Handmade items made exclusively by the owner/exhibitor(s)
    • Direct Sales
    • Handmade or printed apparel
    • Personalized services
    • Other items subject to screening

    We screen all 8’x8′ space requests. No exceptions apply. We must protect the integrity of our exhibition. Anyone who is caught in breach of contract by selling items that are not one of the approved product/services will be asked to leave our exhibition immediately. Booth fees will not be refunded. All points not covered here are subject to decision of the NAD.

  • Note: The #NAD2018 Conference uses American Sign Language (ASL) throughout all events. If your booth will use Spoken English, you can request ASL interpreters through us, but you will be billed to cover these expenses.

          • If an Exhibitor wishes to cancel this reservation, the refund schedule is as follows:

            1) Notification of cancellation of contract on or before Friday, April 27, 2018 refund of 100% of total contracted costs;

            2) Notification of cancellation of contract after Friday, April 27, 2018 or if Exhibitor fails to occupy the space, the NAD retains 100% of contracted costs.

            Note: Exhibitor contracts are not considered cancelled unless the NAD has received the note in writing. 

            By submitting this form, the Exhibitor stipulates that they have read and agreed to the 2018 NAD Conference Exhibitor Rules and Regulations which are incorporated into this contract by reference. The application becomes a contract when accepted and confirmed by the NAD. All fees are to be paid in full upon submission of signed contract.
