Welcome to the 2018-2019 Integrative Nursing Faculty Fellowship (INFF) application. The INFF is open to all nurse educators (not just faculty). Full and part-time nurse educators in faculty, staff development, clinical instruction or other curriculum development roles will be considered. Before submitting an application, please carefully review the INFF program requirements, timeline, and commitment at http://www.nursing.arizona.edu/inff.
You may access this application repeatedly as long as you use the same browser window. In order for your application to be considered for review, you must complete the following:
- Basic demographic and current education/curriculum-related employment information.
- A short personal statement (copy/paste from Word) that exemplifies your passion, motivation, and ideas about implementing an integrative approach to the nursing education/professional development program(s) in which you currently teach or have influence over the curriculum. Your statement should be no more than 250 words; statements exceeding 250 words will not be considered. In your statement, include the following:
- Briefly identify your personal and professional goals for the Fellowship
- Share how you will lead in the transformation process for your course(s), program, and nursing/healthcare institution as a whole
- Describe the value or benefit you envision this Fellowship will provide for your educational practice or leadership roles
- Upload a current CV/resume (PDF).
- Upload a letter of support (PDF) from a supervisor or colleague/peer in your current education or practice setting. The letter should not exceed 250 words and should address both your leadership strengths and your leadership potential. NOTE: Letters of support cannot be provided by supervisors or colleagues/peers currently applying to the INFF. Letters of support from currently serving or graduated Fellows are permitted.
