ECA's Change of Contact Information Form
The ECA requires that members contact the ECA Office within 45 days of a change of address or other contact information. This assures that credentials, letters from the President and general correspondence arrive in a timely manner.
Please note the following:
Do not close out the form (though you may minimize it) on your screen before completing and electronically submitting it, as this will delete all the information entered.
If you have difficulty completing or submitting the form online, contact the ECA office for assistance.
