Successful applicants will receive an email notification by April 15, 2023 stating that that they have been CONDITIONALLY ACCEPTED.
The conditional acceptance e-mail will include instructions on how to finalize the application process.
In order to finalize their acceptance and confirm their "spot", Food Vendors must submit the following items by the indicated deadlines:
- Full fee payment of $791.00 ($700+ $91 HST) by May 15, 2023;
- Note: Food Vendors who require: (a) water services: add $75 (includes HST); (b) Power services: add $250 (includes HST);
- Proof of $2,000,000 business liability insurance by June 15, 2023; and,
- Proof that they have submitted a Community Health Protection Department Special Events- Food Vendor Application to the local Health Unit by June 15, 2023.
Vendors agree, as a condition of acceptance, to abide by all KLMF guidelines, rules and policies, including those outlined in the KLMF 2023 Vendor's Kit (which will be provided to all Vendors in advance of the Festival).
Failure to send full payment by the deadline, or meet any other conditions, may result in withdrawal of the Food Vendor's conditional selection.
