POLICIES

Payments are non-refundable, due to the contractual agreement with registered property.

Payments are non-transferable to another person already taking the trip, however, name changes are allowed for a $50 name change fee. Depending on the circumstances we will allow transfers to a future Exhale Tour.

Travel Insurance must be purchased online on your own within 14 days of your initial deposit for pre-existing conditions or cancel for any reason. Click HERE

Otherwise other plans are available 3 days before departure. It is your responsibility to purchase travel insurance and understand your policy.

Automatic payments is provided as a convenience, if you desire to cancel automatic payments after initial deposit please email support@cater2utravels.com so an invoice for the remaining portion can be emailed to you.

Final payment not received by the final payment date of SEPT 20, 2021 will result in a late fee of $100 starting 3 days from the due date. All late final payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline is put on your account. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

All participants temperatures will be taken before entry. If fever is present you will be rescheduled to a future Tour.

Cancellation Policy *

Yes, I've read the cancellation Policy. Please note that cancellations must be received in writing. And you must receive confirmation back from our support team to ensure your request was received. Cancellations received on or before January 30, 2021 will result in a loss of $200 non refundable deposit. Any cancellations received between March 30, 2021 and the first day of the tour, Oct 28, 2021 will result in a 100% loss of the total trip cost and all moneys paid to Cater2UTravels, LLC. Cater2UTravels will apply deposit to future Exhale Tour. Cater2UTravels, LLC reserves the right to cancel the tour in the event that we do not meet the tour minimum. In the event the tour is cancelled by Cater2UTravels, LLC all money paid will be fully refunded. Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended to protect you in the event of an emergency. You can use our suggested Travel Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

I understand that EVERY country has the right to refuse entry to any traveler who owes back child support, has a DUI, DWI or any type of felony and has tested positive for Covid. Photo/Video Waiver, Indemnity and Release *

I further grant to the producers and their representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute and create derivative works of these images and recordings in any media now known or later developed. I acknowledge that Cater2UTravels LLC owns all rights to the images and recordings. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or of any written copy. I further waive all moral rights. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials. I hereby release, defend,indemnify and hold harmless the producers from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse,distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
