TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that all transactions are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend an event, you may send someone else who is over the age of 25 in your place. In that case, simply let us know the name and contact info for the guest that will be attending.
If the event is canceled, guests may choose to receive either a full credit towards another Robb Report experience for use until December 31, 2021 or receive a refund in full.
COVID-19: If the event has not been canceled but a guest is unable to attend due to COVID-19, meaning that the guest has: tested positive for COVID-19 during the 14 day period prior to the date of the event, been directly exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 during the 14 days prior to the Event, or cannot get to the event as the result of COVID-19 relevant travel restrictions that render it impossible for guest to travel to the event (collectively the “Permitted Covid-19 Cancellations”), then the following terms apply:
· If a guest tests positive more than thirty (30) days prior to the event, but close enough to the date of the event that they will not yet be out of quarantine, the guest must provide written notice to email@example.com and will receive a full refund.
· If a guest has a Permitted COVID-19 Cancellation within 30 days of their session, then provided that the guest provides adequate documentation supporting such Permitted Covid-19 Cancellation, a full credit will be issued to the guest use towards any Robb Report experience through December 31, 2021. Any such credits
are non-transferable, revocable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
In order to attend the event, guests will be required to follow all Covid-19 protocols required by Robb Report which may include, but not limited to, providing evidence of negative Covid tests, evidence of having been vaccinating, answering questionnaires, undertaking on-site Covid tests and/or temperature checks.
Robb Report is not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation outside of the ticket fee, such as flight changes, or other cancellation fees. You may wish to purchase travel insurance. Please speak with your personal insurance broker for coverage options. If you know yourself to have been exposed to COVID or if you become ill in the days preceding the event, we kindly ask you to let us know and not attend the event.
Please note that in order to participate in the event, you will be required to sign Robb Report’s standard Event Waiver and release along with any waivers required by third party original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”), such as car companies, and your participation in driving will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by such OEMs; you may also be asked to confirm that you have a certain level of automobile insurance coverage.
These waivers will be provided to you ahead of your arrival and must be signed before your participation. To review a sample RR1 Event Waiver and Release, please click HERE. Note that such Event Waiver is subject to change. The waiver for Culinary Masters will be adjusted slightly to apply to the specific activities designated for 2021. Note that if you cannot agree to the terms of any specific third party waiver you may still be able to participate in the Event, with the exception of interacting with that equipment.
This form serves as authorization for payment for the amount above and agreement with the above terms including the refund policies. You will receive a follow up with your receipt. Should you have questions or concerns please contact Caroline Barry at firstname.lastname@example.org or 310-589-7664.
