Please note that all transactions are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend an event, you may send someone else who is over the age of 25 in your place for any event involving driving vehicles. In that case, simply let us know the name and contact info for the guest that will be attending.

If the event is canceled, guests may choose to receive either a full credit towards another Robb Report experience in the same calendar year that the original event took place or receive a refund in full.

Robb Report is not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation outside of the ticket fee, such as flight changes, or other cancellation fees. You may wish to purchase travel insurance. Please speak with your personal insurance broker for coverage options. If you know yourself to have been exposed to COVID or if you become ill in the days preceding the event, we kindly ask you to let us know and not attend the event.

Please note that in order to participate in the event, you will be required to sign Robb Report’s standard Event Waiver and release along with any waivers required by third party original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”), such as car companies, and your participation in driving will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by such OEMs; you may also be asked to confirm that you have a certain level of automobile insurance coverage.
These waivers will be provided to you ahead of your arrival and must be signed before your participation. Note that such Event Waiver is subject to change. Note that if you cannot agree to the terms of any specific third party waiver you may still be able to participate in the Event, with the exception of interacting with that equipment.
