How to return your unsuitable item(s):
- Fill in the returns form.
Please make sure your order number and contact details are clearly shown, as well as the item(s) you are returning, and the reason you are returning them. If you are exchanging, please indicate which size/item you would like instead. Place this form in your package.
- How to return items.
- Visit the DPD returns Poral: https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/GILL to start your return.
- Enter your order number & contact details when prompted.
- Print your returns label and attach to the front of your return.
- Please use the original packaging where possible and apply the label to the package, ensuring all other labels are removed/covered.
- Send your package
Place this form in your package. Once packaged up, please take your parcel to your nearest DPD Pickup Store for return to us.

Please use a tracked delivery service if using this option.
If the item is faulty we will refund any delivery charges you incur. Please ensure you use a tracked delivery service. We'll then process your return or exchange. Refunds are processed within 14 days, and made to the card used to purchase the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
