Use this form to identify and document problems you are experiencing with your RV.
These Issues will be reviewed by the Warranty Department and with the factory to determine coverage.
Important Message for Owners who did NOT Purchase From All Season's RV:
Cosmetic issues such as chips, scratches, peeling decals, paint fading, minor glass pits or scratches, delamination, fabric tears or holes and any other issues that do not specifically inhibit the use of the RV will not be addressed and should be directed to your selling dealer.
During our peak months (Mar 1st - Oct 31st) we ask you limit your list to no more than eight (8) entries and only items that functionally restrict you from using your RV. ADDITIONAL ISSUES WILL NEED TO BE ADDED ON A SEPARATE FORM AND SCHEDULED FOR A SUBSEQUENT APPOINTMENT DURING OUR OFF-PEAK MONTHS OF NOV 1ST TO FEB 28TH.
Please address any questions or inquires you may have such as service status, parts orders or appointment dates to the service department either by phone or at the time of your appointment drop off. Do NOT include them on the form.
If you have owned your RV over 90 days some issues are considered owner responsibility.
Typically, these will be sealant issues (roof and window) and minor adjustments such as doors, hinges and window shade tension.
Motorhome owners - any issues with the chassis or running gear need to be addressed by a chassis dealer.
Generator equipped RVs - Generator service will need to be performed by a authorized service center for the brand of generator you have.
