• Los Gatos High School Stage Production Code of Conduct

Participation in theatre productions at Los Gatos High School is a privilege extended to the student body by the Board of Trustees of the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District. Students choosing to participate in any stage productions act as representatives of the district and the school. Students are expected to conduct themselves in such a manner as to exceed the highest standards of Los Gatos High School at all times.

The code of conduct is specifically designed to establish high expectations and guidelines for all participating student-performers and crew members. Staff and school administrators will enforce this code of conduct, based upon the principles of honoring the performance. Student-performers and crew members will show respect for self, fellow students, school, staff, and administrators at all times.

Los Gatos High School student-performers and crew members who fail to abide by the code of conduct are subject to disciplinary action. Rule enforcement will be consistent and immediate. School officials are not expected to police off-campus or non-school related activities. Each staff may add additional, individual rules.  These rules may include, but are not limited to attendance at practice, curfew, personal appearance, and personal conduct.
