It is time to declare your intention regarding re-enrollment for the 2018 - 2019 school year.
In order to reserve a place for your child(ren), you must submit this form and a non-refundable $75 deposit NO LATER THAN SATURDAY, JANUARY 20Th. If this Re-Enrollment Intention form -and your $75 non-refundable deposit- is not submitted by SATURDAY, JANUARY 20Th, or if you have not made prior arrangements with the Admission Office, your child(ren)’s spots will be forfeited. Please note that submitting this Re-Enrollment Intention Form confirms your intent, but the $75 deposit guarantees your spot. (Assuming that as a parent you are fulfilling the terms of the Parent Covenant including tuition responsibility, and that your child is making satisfactory behavior and academic progress.)
