I understand that PES Energize has the right to update these policies at any time and it is my personal responsibility to check the pesenergize.com website regularly for updated changes to these policies. My continued use of PES Energize products and services indicates my understanding of the terms and conditions as well as the privacy rights afforded to me herein. I also understand that my use of the GigaSpire (router) does not come with a monthly fee unless my service location requires additional coverage that the single router cannot accommodate. If services with PES Energize are ever discontinued, I understand that the GigaSpire will need to be returned to the PES office, or I will be subject to additional charges.
