Submission of this application affirms that the agriculture education students of your school have organized into a local chapter for the purpose of applying for membership in the California Association Future Farmers of America; Your submission confirms that your FFA chapter has
1. Adopted a constitution
2. Elected Officers
3. Extended membership to Agriculture Education Students
4. The school has hired a credentialed Agriculture instructor to teach Agriculture courses
5. The school and Agriculture Instructor understand an agriculture education program consists of Agriculture Courses, Supervised Agriculture Experiences (SAE's), and Leadership Development (FFA)
