    The registration allows your contestant to compete in all four mandatory competitions on pageant day. The registration fee also includes a continental breakfast for contestant and one guest, lunch for contestants, and the official Miss PBA award which is presented to all contestants on stage during the final pageant. Sibling registration is offered to parents who have more than one child in the same household. Sibling registration give parents discounted rate on the second child and can only be selected by a parent that has already submitted one full priced applications. Below you will select which type of registration you are using for this application.

  • Optional Competitions $5 Each

    The optional competitions are not scored into the overall final pageant score and are available to all age groups. Each contestant can compete in each competition up to three times to win an optional competition trophy and other prizes. Each entry will be judged separately. Below you will indicate how many entries to each competition you would like.

  • I, the contestant and parent, understand and acknowledge that this release discharges Exquisite Pageant Affairs liability or claim that I may have against the company with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from pageant activities or occurred while I am participating in all pageant activities. I further understand that Exquisite Pageant Affairs is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or misplaces items during all pageant related activities. As a contestant and parent, I understand the risk of injury related to pageant activities. I hereby expressly assume that risk of injury or harm from those activities and release Exquisite Pageant Affairs from all liability.

    I grant Exquisite Pageant Affairs all rights, title and interests in any and all photographs, images, videos or media of me or my likeness made by Exquisite Pageant Affairs in connection with my competing for the title of the 2018 Miss PBA. I understand that it is my responsibility to provide written documentation requesting that my photos may not be published on the Exquisite Pageant Affairs website and in the company’s portfolio along with my completed application packet.
