I consent and agree to release the Texas Two Spirit Society, their members and officers/board, designated assistants, other attendees, and affiliated groups and persons, along with JLLC Properties Inc. DBA Pine Creek Country Inn, and all Pine Creek Country Inn personnel from any and all liability including all degrees of physical and/or mental/emotional injury, property damage, loss, or theft that may be incurred as a result of my attendance at the Annual Texas Two Spirit Society Gathering. I understand and accept that attendance is purely at my own risk. I agree to the strict no drug or alcohol rule and realize that I may be asked to leave if I violate this policy. I understand that local, state, or national media outlets may be present during the Gathering, and that my name or contact information WILL NOT be given to reporters unless authorized by me. I have filled out this form fully and completely to the best of my knowledge.

I agree that if I am deemed to be the cause of disrupting any part of the gathering, I will be asked to leave. If deemed necessary from my disruptions, the local authorities will escort me off of the premises. I furthermore agree to act respectful and follow any requirements stated in the Texas Two Spirit Society Gathering and Meeting Rules and Powwow Etiquette (see attached/rules will be provided at the gathering in pamphlets)(Pow Wow Etiquette also available on our website).
