• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Dogs should have a potty break beforehand and be on a leash at check-in.

• Same day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee.

• Booking in advance is encouraged to guarantee availability. Most dogs require grooming every 4-8 weeks; high-maintenance styles may need more frequent visits.

• Dogs showing signs of illness, infection, parasites, pain, or open wounds must be treated/cleared by a veterinarian prior to grooming.

• Senior dogs or dogs with medical, behavioral, or stress limitations will receive comfort-focused, low-maintenance trims. Grooms may be modified or stopped if safety or well-being is at risk.

• Severely matted coats may require a short haircut for your dog’s comfort. Additional fees may apply.

• Please plan to pick up your dog promptly once notified that grooming is complete. Most grooms average 1-3 hours.

• All dogs are groomed one-on-one by a single groomer, with no bathers/assistants. To maintain quality care and realistic appointment times, we are unable to accommodate large/giant breeds.

• Pricing is based on size, coat condition, behavior, and time required. Estimates are not final until the groom is complete.
