    Hardly a day passes without a headline trumpeting the dramatic rise in wage and hour lawsuits, no doubt leaving attorneys and HR professionals wondering how best to equip themselves. The Employment & Labor Relations Committee has you covered. The Roundtable discussion will explore hot topics and emerging trends in wage and hour litigation. Among the topics to be discussed are misclassification issues and the potential changes to the White Collar exemption regulations; trends in wage & hour law for start-ups and small businesses; the upcoming Supreme Court decision regarding arbitration agreements and class action waivers; and upcoming litigation trends related to the FLSA and regular rate of pay and its potential tax implications.
