Regular membership dues for apartment communities are:
Under 50 units - $50 + $2.25 per unit, per year50 units and over - $2.25 per unit, per year
and $50.00 for a one-time application/processing fee
Your Management Company must already be, or must become a member in order for you to join as an Apartment Community.
Management Company/Owner membership dues are $250.00 per year and $50.00 for a one-time application/processing fee.
Your Management Company's entire Chattanooga portfolio must join the CAA as an Apartment Community(ies).
Supplier/Vendor membership dues are $450.00 per year and $50.00 for a one-time application/processing fee
If you have selected any of the commitees above, your contact information will be added to the commitee list (once the application is approved). The commitee chair will reach out, once they are notified of your interest.
Upon receiving and processing the completed application, you will be contacted via email with the determination of your application status. If you do not select the option below to pay when submitting your application, your dues and processing fee will be invoiced to the billing address listed above.
Membership dues are based on the month you are approved. For example, if you are approved in March 2021, your membership term will be March 2021-February 2022. Your dues for the next year will be due March 31, 2022.
