All-Inclusive Cost: Includes 4 meals, lodging**, event T-shirt, activities and programming. Lodging will be in our cabins that each sleep 10-12 people and include bunk beds. Bathrooms and showers are located a short distance from the cabin door.

*** The Registration Cost after March 9 will increase by $25 per person.**If you will be driving in from out of town and would need to stay at Camp Fern in a cabin on Friday evening, please make note in the SPECIAL REQUESTS section. There will be no meals or programming provided until registration opens Saturday morning.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 per person deposit is nonrefundable, but the balance of payments is refundable until two weeks before the event - March 23, 2018. No refunds can be made after March 23, 2018.
