  • Food Vendors: please send us your TFF, MFF, or Cottage food permit as soon as you have it, and no later than March 31, 2023.

  • Non-food vendors:

If you plan to give away food or water, or offer samples, you will need to fill out a TFF application, (Temporary Food Facility permit) and send it + fees to the Chamber by 3/31/23.  Find applications at https://vcrma.org/temporary-food-facilities-at-community-events.

If you are a food vendor who needs a TFF for the Street Fair, follow the same process.

  • FOOD VENDORS or VENDORS WHO GIVE OUT FOOD OR WATER:

IF YOU WANT TO HAND OUT WATER, it is too late for this Street Fair.
