    If you plan to give away PRE-packaged food/drink items/candy (anything consumable- even water), you MUST have a TFF1/TFF2/MFF Permit from Ventura County Health!  Download at https://vcrma.org/temporary-food-facilities-at-community-events

    TFF 1 & 2 Applications and MFF Permits MUST be  submitted to the Chamber before March 20, 2020-- Contact (805) 526-3900

    ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST BE FULLY SELF CONTAINED - no sinks are provided.  

  • The 2020 Simi Valley Street Fair will once again be held on Simi Town Center Way on May 2, 2020, the FIRST Saturday in May!  This location has more vendor space, more parking, and a great view of Simi Valley!

     

    Vendor Spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendors MUST supply their own table, chairs and canopy.  SANDBAGS TO WEIGH BOOTHS DOWN ARE REQUIRED THIS YEAR.  Hand trucks or carts are recommended. Limited utility vehicle service will be on-hand to assist with transporting items from the parking lot to your booth.  There is no driving on the street to unload. There is no booth sharing. Please note that electricity is not available.

    Title Sponsor - $10,000 - Up to Eight Booths. 2 Street Pole Banners, One Street Side Sponsor Banner, recognition as Main Event Sponsor in the Official Program Book, “Title Sponsor” signage for your vendor spaces, Recognition on all event media and on Chamber website.  

    Premier Sponsor - $2,000   Two Booths with center court location, Street Pole Banner, One Street Side Sponsor Banner, Recognition in the Official Program Book as Premier Sponsor, “Official Sponsor” signage for your space, Recognition on all event media and on Chamber website. 

    Event Sponsor - $1,500 One Booth with center court location, Street Pole Banner, recognition in the Program Book as “Official Sponsor” of the Simi Valley Street Fair, “Official Sponsor” signage for your space and on the Chamber website.

    Fun Zone Sponsor - $3,000 - Name and Logo on the FUN Zone Banner and on signage throughout the area. One Booth with center court location, Street Pole Banner, recognition in the Program Book as “Official Sponsor” of the Simi Valley Street Fair, “Official Sponsor” signage for your space and on the Chamber website.

    Entertainment/Stage Sponsor - $3,000 - Company Name and Logo on the STAGE Banner and on signage throughout the area. One Booth with center court location, Street Pole Banner, recognition in the Program Book as “Official Sponsor” of the Simi Valley Street Fair, “Official Sponsor” signage for your space and on the Chamber website. 

    Beer and Wine Garden Sponsor - $3,000 Company Name and Logo on the Beer and Wine Garden Banner and on signage throughout the area. One Booth with center court location, Street Pole Banner, recognition in the Program Book as “Official Sponsor” of the Simi Valley Street Fair, “Official Sponsor” signage for your space and on the Chamber website.

    Street Pole Banners - $295 - 3 ft. x 5 ft., banner that includes your business name. Banners will be displayed mid-April through mid-May on Cochran Street and Los Angeles Avenue. Rehang a banner from 2019 - $195

    Street Side Sponsor -  $150 - 6’ x 2’ Banner posted at Street Fair site one week prior to event.  Rehang 2019 Banner - $99

    Scavenger Hunt Stop - $50 - A FUN activity game designed to bring potential customers to your booth. Limited to 50 booths

    Food Vendors - Health Department Permitting

    All vendors selling food must be permitted in Ventura County.  If you do not have a TFF Annual Permit, or an MFF permit in Ventura County, please fill out and attach on of the following applications to this form:

    For vendors selling prepackaged, non-potentially hazardous food/beverages, please fill out the TFF 2 form, and pay the $64 fee below.  

    For Vendors selling open and/or potentially hazardous food, including open sampling, please fill out the TFF 1 form and pay the $121 fee below.  

    All food vendors MUST apply before March 20, 2020 or they will not be eligible to apply with a TFF. 

    All Vendors must be 100% self contained.  Water, electricity, and sinks will not be provided.

  • 5. Restrictions/Penalties

    *Tear down before 5:00 p.m.: $200 PENALTY
    *All Vendors including Food Vendors not completely off the street by 6:30 p.m.: $300 PENALTY
    *Booth space not clean: $500 PENALTY

    The leaving of any trash, card board boxes, etc are included in this penalty and will be billed after event.

    NO DRIVING VEHICLES ON SIMI TOWN CENTER WAY. VIOLATORS WILL BE CITED
    No vendor generators will be allowed.

    In consideration for being permitted by the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce to participate in the annual Simi Valley Street Fair, I hereby waiver, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have or which I may hereafter accrue to me as a result of participation in said activity.  This release is intended to discharge in advance the aforementioned organizations and event sponsors, volunteers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in said activity, even through that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person or entities mentioned above.  It is understood that this activity may involve an element of risk and danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks.  It is further agreed that this waiver release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.  I agree to indemnify and hold the above persons or entities free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which may incur as a result of my death or any injury or any property damage that I may sustain while participating in said activity.   I also understand that space fees are non-refundable.  I understand that this is an outdoor event and that the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged due to inclement weather.  I further understand that the vendors must make their own decision to set up or not to set up their display.  I understand that no refunds will be issued for any reason.  In addition, I agree to pay any and all penalties assessed upon completion of event (as noted above). Vendors may want to purchase own liability insurance for the event. This event is held rain or shine.

  • A 25% non-refundable processing fee applies for space cancellations after April 1, 2019. No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 15, 2019.
