In consideration of the referral of Prospect by Broker A, Broker B shall compensate Broker A, in the amount of selected below as a referral fee, in the event that Broker B is compensated in connection with any real estate related contract or transaction involving Propect. Referral Fees applies to all such transactions during 12 month period of submission date.
