AAI Program Cancellation Policy:

All registrations are binding!
All cancellation requests MUST be in writing. Please email rebekah@iiamd.org or fax to 410-766-0993.
To receive a full refund, program registration must be canceled no less than 7 business days prior to the start of the first AAI seminar.
Cancellations made within 7 business days prior to the start of the first AAI seminar are not eligible for a refund or transfer. All registration fees will be forfeited. No Exceptions!
If you wish to substitute you can do so as long as the program has not started. Once the program starts substitutions are not permitted.
