Important Event Information
- Event begins at 9am, and ends at Noon.
- Sales are not permitted during the active event time. Booths can be open for sales from 7:30a-10am and 11:30a to 1:00pm (or until final sale)
- Booth setup begins at 7:00am. Booth setup must be completed no later than 8:45am.
- Vendors must provide their own table and table dressings.
- Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their own booths.
- At no time shall the Forward Christian Center Inc. be held liable and or responsible for any personal injury to include being responsible for any damage that may accrue to vendor’s goods, product and or sellable items.
- The Forward Christian Center Inc. reserves the right to disallow any and all material or goods considered by the Church to be objectionable for display or sale on the Church Property.
- All monies paid for vendor spaces shall be Non- Refundable unless the event is canceled by the Forward Christian Center Inc.

FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. I UNDERSTAND THAT NONCOMPLIANCE OF THESE RULES COULD RESULT IN MY BUSINESS BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT WITHOUT SALES OR SETUP.
