1. Ogun Gun Club membership is available to anyone 18 years of age or older. Any applicant under 18 must be accompanied by an adult ALWAYS. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to handle or shoot any firearms, and they must be accompanied by an adult at all times when on the range. You the applicant agree that you are 18 years old or older, and if you are not, you are accompanied by an adult whom is of the required age.

2. O.G.C membership (leadership specifically) is to never conduct, nor partake in any fraudulent business operations, or illegal activities while representing O.G.C.

3. Felons, assault convicts, rapists, white supremacists, drug related convicts, child molesters, white supremacist sympathizers, persons with nefarious intentions, & "reformed" white supremacists are absolutely restricted from association with/joining O.G.C membership.

4. There will be no refund of membership fees.

5. No member of Ogun Gun Club shall EVER use or consume illegal drugs, alcohol, or any substance whatsoever, that will or may alter ones mental state while in the act of, or prior to operating a firearm and or ammunition.

6. O.G.C membership will, while representing O.G.C, respect all persons' & their religion, ethinicity, race, gender, gender identity, politics, mental capacity, financial situation etc., whether the aforementioned persons' are amongst the ranks of O.G.C membership, O.G.C customer(s), or not.

7. O.G.C membership will at all times respect the authority of, obey the orders of, never threaten the safety of, nor harm any legitimate Law Enforcement Officer(s) acting within the confines of the law, and or lawful conduct.

8. You, as a member of Ogun Gun Club(O.G.C) absolutely without a doubt understand, are fully aware of,and totally agree with the following: You are joining Ogun Gun Club (O.G.C) at your own risk and are not being forced to join nor partake in any gun, athletic, physically demanding activities via Ogun Gun Club in any way whatsoever. You will be exposed to and handling tools that can cause grave harm or death, such as firearms and live ammunition, you will be exposed to the metal commonly known as "lead" which has a history of causing bodily harm, you risk bodily harm and or death if you or others mishandle the aforementioned tools, you will not hold Ogun Gun Club, its membership, its owner or its associates responsible, sue, seek financial compensation for any accidents, deaths, or personal losses inflicted on you, your family, or friends while participating in any and all activities provided access to, required of its membership by,  provided by, conducted by, supervised by, or associated in any way whatsoeveer by Ogun Gun Club. You the full understanding that you will be operating real firearms, will partake in streneous physical activities, will be phycially contacted by potentially all aforementioned O.G.C associates. You understand that you could harm or kill yourself or others if you do not follow directions, and that you are fully responsible for any such accident or incident while associated with Ogun Gun Club.

9. Ogun Gun Club reserves the right to deny service to anyone, for any reason.

We will only use your information specifically for communication, and for our own records. Other than confirming your name and membership status under O.G.C with the National African American Gun Association, we will NEVER share anymore of your information than the aforementioned, with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to register for an event online.

For members, we require that you never share any of the private skills learned from O.G.C with 3rd parties, unless given approval by the President of O.G.C. Furthermore, there are to be no copies made of the Constitution Of Ogun Gun Club without permission from the President of O.G.C. No member is to EVER discuss the financial standing of O.G.C. Such offenses could possibly ensue legal actions against you.

In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in Firearms Training and General Outdoors/Athletic Activities (handling & shooting real guns, exposure to lead, exposure to extreme sounds produced by guns, shooting competitions, running, jumping, deliberate falls, traveling, standing/moving non-stop for more up to 12 hours, deliberate/accidental physical contact with O.G.C members/leadership/owner/nonmembers/associates, & other unforeseeable activities), and as consideration for the right to participate in the Activity, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives , knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability  and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the aforementioned activities, and do hereby release and forever discharge Ogun Gun Club LLC, located at 224 Irving St, Denver, 80219, their affiliates, owners, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct  result of my participation in the aforementioned activities, including traveling to and from an event related to these activities.

I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY AND I AM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVELING TO AND FROM AS WELL AS PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, ILLNESS, DISFIGUREMENT, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY (INCLUDING PARALYSIS), ECONOMIC OR EMOTIONAL LOSS, AND DEATH. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR OUTCOMES MAY ARISE FROM MY OWN OR OTHERS’ NEGLIGENCE, CONDITIONS RELATED TO TRAVEL, OR THE CONDITION OF THE ACTIVITY LOCATION(S). NONETHELESS, I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN OR UNKNOWN TO ME, OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY, INCLUDING TRAVEL TO, FROM AND DURING THIS ACTIVITY.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ogun Gun Club LLC against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf including attorney’s fees and any related cost, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. If Ogun Gun Club LLC incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Ogun Gun Club LLC.

I acknowledge that Ogun Gun Club LLC and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives and agents are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of Ogun Gun Club LLC. 

 I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS ACTIVITY MAY INVOLVE A TEST OF A PERSON’S PHYSICAL AND MENTAL LIMITS AND MAY CARRY WITH IT THE POTENTIAL FOR DEATH, SERIOUS INJURY, AND PROPERTY LOSS. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, lack of hydration, condition of participants equipment, vehicular traffic and actions of others, including but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials and event monitors, and/or producers of the event.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS “WAIVER AND RELEASE” AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Ogun Gun Club LLC AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, MANAGERS, MEMEBERS, AGENTS,   ATTORNEYS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, HEIRS, RESPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST Ogun Gun Club LLC FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PERSONAL PROPERTY DAMAGE.

To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of Ogun Gun Club LLC, its agents, and employees.

In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any cost incurred as a result of such treatment, I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.

In the event that any damage to equipment or facilities occurs as a result of my or my family’s willful actions, neglect or recklessness, I acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness.

This Agreement was entered into at arm’s-length, without duress or coercion, and is to be interpreted as an agreement between two parties of equal bargaining and strength. Both the undersigned Participant, and Ogun Gun Club LLC agree that this Agreement is clear and unambiguous as to its terms, and that no other evidence will be used or admitted to alter or explain the terms of this Agreement, but that it will be interpreted based on the language in accordance with the purposes for which it is entered into.

In the event that any provision contained within this Release of Liability shall be deemed to be severable or invalid, or if any term, condition, phrase or portion of this agreement shall be determined to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect, so long the clause severed does not affect the intent of the parties. If a court should find that any provision of this agreement to be invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting said provision it would become valid and forceable, then said provision shall be deemed to be written, construed and enforced as so limited.

 I, the undersigned participant, affirm that I am of the age of 18 years old or older, and that I am freely signing this agreement. I certify that I have read this agreement, that I fully understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract and that I am signing it of my own free will.
