Please realize the challenges with dispatching vendors to your home:
They try to schedule you into the day(s) and times you show on your request (since those are the days and times you are going to actually be at home and available). Don’t put days or times that you will not actually be home.
Some repair companies will call first some do not, its based on their internal regulations. They don’t provide us with the exact times due to their truck dispatch. Just like utility trucks, cable tv, and internet installers, they never know exactly “when” they are done with one job and are ready to head to the next job.
This is why they try to fit your schedule and ask you to provide them with the times you will be home.
Select a "few" time and day options that you will be home over the next 7 days so that the repair companies can schedule you in. Some will call prior to their visit, others will drop by (during the times you select here).
You must be there to allow them in if you have selected a timeframe. Please note that due to scheduling difficulties, management reserves the right to allow repair personnel to complete the required job with or without permission to access if requested by management. Convenience, safety, health and minimizing damage all play a part in correcting items of concern.
