    Dates:         Saturday March 3rd and Sunday March 4th, 2018

    Location:   First Christian Church, 16 E. Platte, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, & Graner Music Store, 4460 Barnes Road, Colorado Springs, CO, 80918

    Entry Fee: $25 per student for solo entrant; $15 per student for each ensemble entrant

    Deadline:    No later than 10:00 PM, Friday, January 26, 2018.

    (No late entries/no refunds, postmark dates not considered).

    • Teachers must submit this online form by the deadline.  
    • Additionally, teachers must submit the signed agreement forms and teacher check made payable to PPMTA to:

  • Please list your students and their repertoire below.  Use correct spelling and capitalization as your typing will determine how their names and pieces will appear on the printed program.
    INCLUDE FIRST AND LAST NAME OF COMPOSER.
    Era Codes: Baroque=B, Classical=C, Romantic=R, Impressionistic =I, Contemporary=Co.  


    Class Codes: P=through age 8; 1=ages 9-11, 2=ages 12-13, 3=ages 14-15, 4=ages 16-19.


    For ensembles type only the age of the oldest student.  Use one row for each student name in the ensemble.


    Instrument Codes: P-piano, V-voice, E-ensemble, S-strings, W-woodwinds, B-brass.


    Fulfillment of special requests cannot be guaranteed.
    When you have completed the form, scroll down, enter your total check amount and check number and click 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.

  • A single check covering your students' entry fees payable to PPMTA must be received by Dawn Remtema by 10:00 PM, Friday, January 26, 2018.  No late entries or refunds.  Postmark dates are not considered. Online entries are due at the same deadline.

    volunteering by our members.  We present high quality festivals because
    of the leadership abilities of our festival chairs and because of the
    cooperation of the many teacher volunteers and student and teacher
    participants. Occasionally small problems might occur.  Please remember

    understanding, courteous and patient in these situations.
