Accepted high school seniors and their families are invited to experience the Mount's annual SPARC festival. This is a great opportunity to experience the achievements and possibilities to which Mount students aspire.
Mount St. Mary's SPARC festival is a university-wide event designed to celebrate academic excellence in every field. SPARC stands for Scholarship, Performance, Art, Research and Creativity. The festival includes honors project presentations, student debates, theatrical/musical performances, and much more.
Attendees are expected to arrive to the Admissions Office by 10:30 a.m. Your day will begin with the Faculty Address, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Please click here to read more about our Faculty speaker, Dr. Caitlin Faas. After the Faculty Address, you will be able to choose from a variety of presentations and performances from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m to take you through your day. The day will end in the Admissions Office with coffee and tea from 4:30-5:00 p.m.
