Session Format Options:
Sessions are welcomed in a range of formats and intended for various audiences. The Conference Program Committee will review all submissions. Possible session formats include, but are not limited to the following:
Concurrent Sessions: Share ideas, programs, or research. These are typically a 40-45-minute session with a Q & A period following the session.
Spotlight On: A 50-minute session shared by up to 3 presentations; each having 15 minutes and sharing a final 5-minute Q & A. Timing is important.
