NOMINATOR: Submit an essay about your nominee. Tell us why the individual is deserving of the Student Heroes Award. Please include specific examples of the volunteer work/s performed by uploading supporting documents not to exceed the maximum file size of 20 MB. Examples of supporting documents are photos, videos, press releases. Title all submissions with the student's first and last name.

FOR NOMINATORS ONLY: If your nominee is chosen, a Press Release is sent out highlighting your nominee's outstanding volunteerism. STATEMENT OF PERMISSION: If chosen, the nominee (18 yrs and older) OR parents/legal guardian for a nominee 17 yrs and younger, grant SBOE permission to use all or part of the submitted documentations and award photos for its online and/or print publications such as press releases, social media, or the SBOE website.
