Following the final tabulation of donations after the May 1 deadline, the top chapter in each section will be recognized and will receive the following prizes:
1st place - $150
2nd place - $125
3rd place - $100
4th place - $75
5th place - $50
From May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018, each chapter tracks and reports their donations of money, food items and the number of hours volunteered at local food banks, pantries & kitchens.
Chapters will receive 1 point for each volunteer hour, 10 pounds of food donated, or $10 donated.
The contest application is for the chapter to list its Harvest for All events, agencies donated to, and how much food (in pounds), actual dollars, and volunteer hours donated. There must be at least two signatures on the signature page to verify that the amount given is accurate. A minimum of 10 cumulative points is needed for a chapter to be recognized.
Complete the form with donations collected from May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018
The application must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018.
