Beech Brook Farm Equine Rescue requires that ALL applications be submitted with photographs of the pastures, fencing, barn and stalls, and any other horses/ponies at the facility where the horse/pony/donkey will be kept. Beech Brook Farm Equine Rescue may request additional information or pictures to complete its review and may require a visit to your facility before your application is approved. There is a $15 dollar application fee.

Will you agree to Beech Brook Farm Equine Rescue's requirement that a Veterinarian Certification and picture of the adopted horse/pony be submitted to Beech Brook Farm Equine Rescue every year for three (3) years?

Will you agree that if you can not keep the adopted horse that you will return the horse at no charge to Beech Brook Farm? If Beech Brook Farm can not take the horse due to space limitations, you agree to give Beech Brook Farm at least 3 months to try to find a placement. If at that time Beech Brook Farm still does not have a placement available, you can work to place the horse yourself. However, if you sell/place the horse, the contract you signed upon adoption must transfer to the buyer and a copy of the transferred contract with appropriate signatures and dates must be provided to Beech Brook Farm.
