  • Weekly or bi-weekly, depending on coach's instruction. Please fill out entire form. Please add your start weight, then only weigh yourself one time a week. On the same day of the week. In the morning, on a scale at your home, no clothes on. VERY IMPORTANT that you are consistent on this so we can properly serve you. AGAIN, DO NOT weigh yourself daily. There are way too many variables that happen daily. 

    Everytime you fill out this form, pease add your original start weight, (beginning weight) then add last weeks weight and your current weight.

  • It's very important that you understand that if you do not follow your program perfectly, it is impossible for your coach to calibrate your program. So when you fill out this form and miss your cardio sessions workout sessions or your food is not perfect, your coach is not going to calibrate your program. He or she will ask you to follow it perfectly for a couple of weeks then they can calibrate and move you forward. Doing 90 percent of your program will only give you 50% results. So the faster you get your program nailed down the sooner we can obtain your resuts. 

    Also, do not beat yourself up when you don't follow the program perfectly. Doing any of this program is better than what you did before. 

    Stay positive and keep your eye on the goal. We will get you there, all you have to do is put in the work.
