As a reminder, participation in the PQA Basics course is a pre-requisite to the External Assessor Reliability Training. Access to PQA Basics online can be purchased through our online store.

 

EART Updates:

• The Weikart Center will offer a live virtual interactive EART option, which will consist of 6 hours* of live virtual interactive learning combined with ~8 hours of self-paced work. Together these experiences recreate the experience of the in-person workshop. The virtual interactive portion takes place via Zoom and is led by a Weikart Center trainer. 
• The external assessor endorsement will now last two years, with additional voluntary continuing education, or "refresher".
• Additional PQA tool endorsement is intended for anyone being endorsed in an additional tool-only. For example, if you are recently endorsed in the School-Age tool via a live (or live virtual) training and want an additional endorsement in the Youth tool (or vice versa). This option is not available for endorsement in the SEL PQA.
