. CLE credits must be approved by: MPA, NFPA, NALA, or the Minnesota Board of Continuing Legal Education (approval body for MN Attorney credit) to count toward the MnCP renewal. Certificates of attendance should be submitted as evidence of attendance. If a certificate of attendance is not available from the CLE provider, another form of proof of attendance, such as a credit report from the provider, is required. If you do not have a credit report or certificate, please submit documentation for the course accredidation and a statement under penalty of perjury that you attended the course.
