  • Helen's Bully Haven is an all-volunteer based, non-profit, animal welfare organization. We are dedicated to the rescuing and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. Helen's Bully Haven is completely funded through events, various fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets receive complete medical care including heartworm testing & prevention, flea/tick prevention, de-worming, Rabies, DHPP,  Bordetella vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption. 

  • This questionnaire is designed to help Helen's Bully Haven and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption and complete a contract upon final adoption. Helen's Bully Haven reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to finalized adoptions.
