THE IMPORTANT STUFF:
1. All artwork must be original by the artist(s), available for purchase, and cannot have been previously shown in the Hardy & Nance Gallery.
2. Size Restrictions: There is no size constraint. 2D and wall mounted work, standalone 3D/sculptural work must fit through a standard door way.
3. Medium: Can be any medium of your choosing*. Please no loose glitter or confetti. If using those two mediums, they must be completely adhered and sealed to the substrate so that they will not fall off.
*AI generated art/images will not be permitted.
4. We prefer wall hanging artwork to be wired with picture wire whenever possible. In the event that wiring your art is not possible or will damage the piece, sawtooth, keyhole, d-rings, cleats and other types of hardware are acceptable. No loose paper unless presentation cleared with curators/installers.
5. All pieces should be labeled on the back with: Artist’s Name, Title of the piece.
6. Drop-off: Artwork needs to be delivered on November 9th, 2025 (2-5p) and November 10th, 2025 (4:30p-7:30p) WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Delivery accepted through Door G entrance.
7. Pick-up: All artwork MUST be claimed/picked up at the end of the show, November 15th at 10:00pm or Monday, November 17th 4:30pm-7pm. We do not have space to store art after the show, therefore any work left behind after these two dates will be considered abandoned and done with as H&N Studios sees fit.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent via email no later than EOD on November 6th, 2025. (If you do not receive an acceptance/rejection email, please respond to your entry confirmation email.
• Curators reserve the right not to hang work that isn’t properly wired and/or does not meet the requirements as specified above.
