Submission Terms & Conditions

I certify that I am the rights holder for this content (video, picture, or any other creative work), or that I have the express permission of the rights holder to submit this content to THE CATNIP TIMES, INC. for publishing on THE CATNIP TIMES, INC. web and/or social media properties.

Publishing Acknowledgement (*)
I understand that the content I am submitting may be published to THE CATNIP TIMES, INC. web properties including, but not limited to, YouTube, www.thecatniptimes.com, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and any other avenues of promotion, as determined by THE CATNIP TIMES, INC. according to the terms of this agreement, which I have read and agree to.

Termination Clause(*)
I understand that participation in THE CATNIP TIMES, INC. submission process is at will and you agree that this license may only be terminated by mutual agreement between all the parties.

Exclusivity(*)
I certify that I am the rights holder, capable of granting an exclusive license to THE CATNIP TIMES, INC. over my content submitted hereto, and thereby agree to grant an exclusive license for THE CATNIP TIMES, INC. use, at THE CATNIP TIMES, INC.’s discretion. THE CATNIP TIMES, INC. may assign such licensed rights at will. I further undertake not to enter any future agreements over my content with any third parties for a period of at least 90 days, as required by the exclusivity of this agreement and will forward any communications regarding my content to THE CATNIP TIMES, INC., as the new license holder.
