    Submission Guidelines: Calendar requests must be submitted at least three weeks in advance of your event (four weeks if you need childcare). Calendar requests that do not meet the submission guidelines require the approval of the Executive Pastor. Please enter as much information as possible regarding your event.

  • If you have not already done so, please meet with the Executive Pastor to discuss the event and create a facility use agreement. All events where we work with out side groups require a facility use agreement. Thank you.
