Booking Research & Planning Fees

Thank you for choosing All Things Travel by Elle! To provide each client with personalized travel planning and exceptional service, the following research and planning fees apply.

Vacation Packages, Hotels & Resorts

A $40 non-refundable Booking Research Fee is required per room for reservations with one (1) or two (2) travelers.

For rooms with more than two travelers, an additional $20 research fee will be charged for each additional guest, up to four (4) guests per room.

Examples:

1–2 guests: $40
3 guests: $60
4 guests: $80

Please Note: Reservations with more than four (4) guests will require an additional room unless the accommodations are an Airbnb, vacation rental, villa, or similar property that allows a larger occupancy.

The Booking Research Fee covers one destination/location only. Requests for multiple destinations or multiple quote options may require additional research fees.

Flight-Only Bookings

A non-refundable $40 Booking Fee is required for each round-trip itinerary when all flights are booked together.

If your outbound and return flights are booked separately, a $40 Booking Fee will apply to each individual flight reservation.

Each adult traveler must complete a separate booking request form. Adults traveling with minor children may submit one form for the entire party.

Cruises

Cruise bookings require a non-refundable $50 Booking Research Fee per cabin.

Group Travel

Group travel (8 or more travelers) requires additional planning and coordination. Group planning services begin at $100, with pricing determined by the size and complexity of the group.

Multi-City & Complex International Itineraries

Trips involving multiple destinations, custom itineraries, or complex international travel require additional planning. Research and planning fees for these itineraries begin at $75 and may increase based on the complexity of the request.

Airbnb & Vacation Rental Bookings

For Airbnb and similar vacation rental bookings, please note that direct commissions are due upfront and must be paid in addition to the total cost of your reservation when the booking platform does not include advisor commissions.

If your reservation is booked through a supplier or platform that includes travel advisor commissions, no additional commission payment will be required.

Rush Service

Standard turnaround time is 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after both your completed booking request form and payment have been received.

Need your quote sooner? Rush Service is available for an additional $35, which prioritizes your request. Please indicate on your booking request form if you would like Rush Service.

Payment Policy

After submitting your booking request form, you will receive instructions for submitting your research fee via Cash App or PayPal.

All Booking Research Fees, Planning Fees, and Rush Service Fees are:

•Non-refundable
•Non-transferable
•Required before research and planning services begin

These fees compensate for the time, expertise, and personalized planning that go into creating your customized travel experience and are separate from the cost of your vacation.
