A. Session fee/Cancellation policy*

Client agrees to pay photographer a deposit of 50% of the total at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Any cancellation will result in a $100 cancellation fee. However, the cancellation fee can be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the session. The session fee covers the time and talent of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer.

B. Payment*

All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made. Images will not be processed and/or prints will not be ordered until payment in full is received.

C. Re-scheduling*

If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

D. Editing/Retouching*

Blooming Dreams Photo will choose the best images from engagement session and wedding day. Blooming Dreams Photo does not show un-edited images, nor involve my clients in the process of choosing which images will be chosen for the final gallery. Blooming Dreams Photo spends a great deal of time going through each image individually. Please rest assured that I will only show you the BEST of the BEST and any images that is unappealing (i.e.: eyes closed, unflattering facial expression) and most definitely, any images that do not meet my high professional standards will get deleted immediately. RETOUCHING - Images will be individually edited for color balance, density, contrast, etc. Retouching can be done to correct various elements in an image such as litter, distracting elements, and minor physical imperfections (bags under the eyes, teeth whitening, clearing of the skin, minor stray hairs, etc.). Any heavy retouching over the specified above (re-shaping body or face) will be billed at $10 per image.

E. Travel cost and fees*

If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. Creative fee covers travel within 100 miles of photographer's home in Charlotte, NC. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of $.80/mile as part of the agreement.

F. Copyright*

Blooming Dreams Photo owns exclusive rights to the images. It is illegal to publish or sell these photographs elsewhere without Blooming Dreams Photo's permission, and violators of Federal Copyright Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. If the payment is made in full, Blooming Dreams Photo grants the client permission to share the images on social networking websites as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to Blooming Dreams Photo.

G. Turnaround time*

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery of the finished images, prints, and all custom products such as photobooks.

I hereby authorize Blooming Dreams Photo to publish photographs taken of me, and my name and likeness, for use in the Blooming Dreams Photo's print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Blooming Dreams Photo publications.

I hereby release and hold harmless Blooming Dreams Photo from any reasonable exceptions of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation Blooming Dreams Photo marketing materials or other Blooming Dreams Photo publications.

I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I hereby release Blooming Dreams Photo, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
