    This team is made up of WVU Medicine employees who
    volunteer their own time to make a difference. 

    We are looking for excited, innovative and creative individuals who can help us take this program to the next level and create a culture of recognition here at WVU Medicine!

     

    Before you sign up, we would like discuss a few of the Basic Responsibilities:

    *Note: The Bravo! program is willing to work with any member's schedule.
    There are only a few events that will require the entire team's attendance.
    Schedule of events and information will be given out at the beginning of the year. Events may be added throughout the year.

    Duties:
    (When available and schedule permitting) Set up, tear down, and attendance for a set duration of the event, only if help is needed. Aiding the Program Manager in delivering items such as: invitations/gifts/awards/etc. 

    TAG Team members will play a large part in the planning, design and the organization of all of our major events. While at the same time helping with communication, marketing, and promotion of the Bravo! brand, activities and events. In addition, each member will serve as a point of contact for the Bravo! program. 

    Locations of events:
    Ruby Memorial Hospital (Mainly), Hospital Parking Lot, HSC, OSC (ROC 2), Erickson Alumni Center, Waterfront Place, Information Technology Center (ROC1), Rosenbaum Family House, Suncrest Towne Centre, University Town Center, and other local venues.

    Requirements:
    Certain events require members to stay after hours and or before regular shift hours.
    In addition, there are a few events throughout the year that require an all day attendance. Attendance is not mandatory for any event but is highly encouraged if you are available. Remember, being a TAG team member can be time consuming, so take this into consideration when applying.

     

    Those currently under disciplinary action will not be able to participate.

    All applicants will require supervisor approval to join the team. Once you have submitted your application and if selected, your supervisor will be notified. They will be required to sign a document, giving you permission to participate. Document will be sent to them directly.
