  • MODEL RELEASE. By signing this I authorize Maura Donofry-Viola of Quantum Fox Photography to use photographs of me or my family, (with or without myname) pictures, portraits, or images herein described in any and all forms including composite images and distorted representations, and all the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by Maura Donofry-Viola. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images,any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.

  • COPYRIGHT: As a client of Quantum Fox Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Quantum Fox Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Maura Donofry-Viola, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of digital files to print the portraits for own personal use only. The print release does not allow publication of the portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of images in any way (this includes, but is not limited to, adding filters, changing to black and white, and cropping) without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to hard drive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.

  • Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

    Our goal is to provide a quality portrait experience for all of our clients. “No-shows” and late cancellations inconvenience everyone as we need to rearrange our schedule to accommodate appointments. We would like to make you aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.

    Cancellation of an Appointment

    In order to be respectful of your photographer as well as other clients, please be courteous and call Quantum Fox Photography promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours is considered a late cancellation. Please note that your non-refundable session fee may be used to reschedule your session just once. If you need to cancel your session a second time, you will need to pay a new session fee to schedule a new session.

    How to Cancel Your Appointment

    To cancel appointments, please call 267-317-8080. If you do not reach us, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your phone number. We will return your call and give you the next available appointment time.

    No Show Policy:

    A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling in an adequate manner (at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment) A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in your client file as a “no show.” We will not reschedule your missed appointment. Session fees will not be returned.

    By Choosing I AGREE below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy.

  • STUDIO POLICIES:

    1. Phones are to be put away at the beginning of the meeting or session, and not to be pulled out until afterwards so the client may fully enjoy their photography experience.

    2. Clients are not permitted to take their own pictures during a session or ordering appointment either by a camera or phone camera unless given permission by the photographer. (Photographer does allow occasional behind the scenes images of the entire scene setup when asked ahead of time, but no images of just the subjects are permitted during the session.)

    3. All decision makers must be present for the ordering session, should another ordering session need to be scheduled because all persons did not attend, a fee of $50 shall be charged to cover the photographer’s time for a new session.

    If no order has been placed up to two months after a session has taken place, images shall be archived and there will be a fee of $150 to make them available again for ordering.

    4. Due to the custom nature of our products, All Sales Are Final (with the exception of adding on additional items), and once payment has been made in part, or in full, no changes may be made to the order, and no refunds may be given.

    5. We do not allow any altering or editing of our images in any way by you the client, or any other individual. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping, adding filters (i.e. Instagram) and color altering (i.e. adding selective color, changing to black and white). If you would like an image edited further, please contact us. Most basic edits are complimentary, but depending on the complexity of the request, an additional fee may be required.

    6. Sharing of images is permitted from our website or facebook page, we request images not be copied, screenshot, or phone pictures taken of prints or of the screen, as this can alter the color and quality of our images.

    7. If someone is sick (which includes, but is not limited to, coughing, runny nose, fever, stomach bug, or anything contagious, such as head lice) client is responsible for informing the photographer as soon as possible so session may be rescheduled. Should client show up to session sick (either self or a family member), they will be asked to reschedule their session. Photographer will also reschedule due to illness to protect the health of our clients.

    8. Failure to follow the policies, or disrespecting the photographer either physically or verbally during a session shall not be permitted. Any actions of disrespect towards the photographer will result in the photographer leaving immediately (or making the client leave, if in the studio), all images shall be deleted, and no refunds will be given.

    By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Studio Policies.

  • SESSION FEE. A non-refundable session fee is due upon booking in order to reserve your Session. Your desired session is not considered booked until the payment is received full and clear. If you cancel with less than 48 notice, you forfeit your deposit and may not reschedule without a new deposit. Re-scheduling may occur to save your deposit if you give at least 48 hours notice and there is another session date available. If no dates remain for the October and November sessions, the session fee may be used towards a regular portrait session, scheduled in 2020. The session fee is $149, you may pay the full amount at this time.

    If you pre-purchase a collection, the session fee will be waived.
