HARVEST SUMMER MINISTRY TEAMS REFERENCE FORM
Your honest and candid reference will help us select team members for one of the traveling teams. Harvest Teams lead music/drama and take on leadership roles in youth camps, churches, conferences, and many other types of events. Each team, comprised of 5-7 young adults, will be traveling the mid-west staying with host families, being trusted in ministry settings and will not only represent this ministry, but the church as a whole.
